A millennial professional development leader, Randall Blum has served as president and chief executive officer of Randllbluminsightconsulting since establishing the Dallas, Texas consultancy in 2018. In this position he provides consultation services to executive leaders and board members, while also working in areas of mid-level management training and focus group research. Randall Blum regularly provides strategic guidance to Fortune 500 companies involved in driving millennial employee productivity and satisfaction. He has enjoyed a number of achievements during his career as a consultant, particularly in areas of millennial engagement activities and the development of millennial career plans. His business has been especially active with post-COVID employee issues.
In addition to his consulting work, Mr. Blum is an active supporter of numerous philanthropic groups, including March of Dimes, the Animal Rescue League, and the American Cancer Society. He also enjoys following Major League Baseball (MLB) and the National Football League (NFL), as well as various collegiate sports, and is a member of the Amateur Athletic Union.
